Training Schedule

Bootcamp Session times (Concord):

Class A: 5:45 to 6:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Class B: 8 to 8:45 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Class C: 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Class D: 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 9 am
Class E: 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Class F: 7:30 to 8:15 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Saturday: 9 a.m. only

Please call to verify schedule times as our training schedules may have changed. You may sign up for any session at any time.

  • Each session is 45 minutes long.
  • All bootcamps are indoors.
  • You may register for any bootcamp session at any time
