Frequently Asked Questions:

How Do I Redeem My Groupon Coupon?

Once we receive your registration, you will be able to access the registration page under the redemption instructions in your Groupon voucher

Note: You must register at least 1.5 weeks in advance before your preferred bootcamp start date. Even if you plan on redeeming your coupon several months in the future, we suggest you schedule your start date now to reserve your spot as bootcamps fill up fast.

Keep in mind you can choose between 5 different bootcamp times which you will see during registration.

I have done your bootcamps in the past. Am I eligible for this deal?

Sorry, If you have been a Transform FX Fitness bootcamper in the past or present you are not eligible. This is an opportunity for people who have never experienced us before to give us a try! If you decide to purchase one and are a former bootcamper, we will only credit you for the face value of the certificate which can go towards a membership.

When will my Groupon Expire?

It will expire on July 26, 2012

What happens if I miss a session during the trial period?

If something happens during your 4-week session, you can’t complete it and you have more than 2 weeks left, we can give you credit for the rest of the sessions you paid for towards the next bootcamp within the next six months. However, if you missed one or two sessions, you can make it up by going to other class times during the same session only.

You can pick from one of the following options that suits your schedule:

Can you please explain the groupon a bit more in detail?

I’m 54 yrs old, I weight 281 and have problems with my left knee. I really need to lose weight in order to have surgery on knee. I currently belong to In Shape and go 3-4 days a week. I use the Elliptical, as the treadmill hurts my knee. I also use the Exercise machines. Do you think I would be able to do the bootcamp??? Thanks , Irene Fernandez

What type of foam roller do you recommend? I’m currently looking at high-density ones since I read that the softer ones tend to not last very long. Thanks!

Hi Lauren, I recommend the high density ones. In particular, try to get the EVA foam roller. That’s just the type of material it’s made of. Also, get the 3 ft long one so you can do more stuff with it. If you’re local, Sports Basement in Walnut Creek has a nice selection.
