I know exactly how you feel. My name is Anna Dornier and not that long ago I was fat, out of shape and ashamed of what I looked like. I used to look in the mirror and wonder how I ever let myself get to the point that I did. First I threw myself into the gym. I was a maniac going 5 days a week working out for 2 hours at a time. I lost 10 pounds in 2 months and was miserable about it. I knew there had to be a better way.
