Our latest Success Story, Way to Go Tiffany! Keep Rockin’ !!!

Tiffany has come such a long way from when she started and we are so proud of her!!!

To truly appreciate what this boot camp has to offer and if you are serious about your well-being you must try it for yourself. TFX works. They will show you how to use your body to get fit. No fancy machines, just you! The varied “stations” are designed to kick start your body into becoming lean and strong. The workouts are never the same, are challenging and since they work different muscles each time you achieve better results in a shorter amount of time. It feels so good when you are done!

The fact that they are not open 24 hours appeals to me. Workouts need to be scheduled into my day and consistency is key. Often when given too much leeway I would tend to put workouts off and then stop altogether. The “I’ll go whenever” mindset soon becomes “never”. The set schedule keeps me on track. All I have to do is just show up and move my body and then rest to recover for the next kick-ass workout!

They also track your weight, inches, BMI etc.. Seeing the results on a graph will keep you motivated. The workouts are set up in such a way that you can put as much into it as you wish or just do what you are comfortable with. Workouts are scaled and modified to accommodate your specific needs thus resulting in a steady increase in strength and less injuries–always a good thing!
Besides losing weight, the training made life easier…I used to have trouble rising from the couch. Bending was hard on my back. Squatting was not easy, Daily activities were difficult because I was carrying so much weight. I found TFX’s boot camp offer on LivingSocial-September 2012 and I am so glad I did. I am stronger, have trimmed down considerably and have reduced my insulin intake by HALF. Remarkable!
