Giving Thanks!

by Anna D

I’ve been thinking a lot about how far our fitness business has come from my humble beginnings doing bootcamps at Pleasant Hill Park to now at our Concord Studio. There were days when I started when nobody would show up at our 5:45 a.m. workout but I persisted and I am so thankful I did because I would have missed creating this amazing community we have built throughout the years.

Everyday, I always think of the things I am thankful for in my life – not just on Thanksgiving. But, this Thanksgiving, I saw a lot of our clients publicly declare the transformation we have helped them achieve and it warms my heart. It is one of the best gifts I’ve ever gotten and my birthday’s already passed.

Here are just a few of the posts I came across the last few days from Facebook:

If there was any doubt in my mind (which there wasn’t) that I should’ve kept my day job 5 years ago, this validates that I’ve made possibly one of the best decisions of my life. I am such a lucky girl to be able to do what I love while helping people transform their lives and realize their best selves.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who came out for our Black Friday After-Party workouts and to our TFX Coaches, Ale and Tawnya for leading the great workouts as usual. We donated lots of food to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano and we had tons of fun. Special thanks to those who donated their time and services to our event as well:

Thank you for your business, Transformers. We would not be where we are today without you!!!
