Post-pregnancy Fitness Update Day 14

Today I wanted to share with you my updates on how I’m getting back into pre-pregnancy shape. I’m so excited because along with trying some old strategies that has worked for me and our clients, I’m also testing some new ones which are proving to be so worth it.

You see, here at Transform FX Fitness Bootcamp, we never stop at good enough. If there are fat loss strategies out there that’s working and will help our clients get more results, we put it to the test and see if it lives up to what it says it would do. So, I’ve been busy in the “testing lab” and I want to share with you everything that I’ve been learning.

In summary, here are the results we’ve seen:

  • 3.5 lbs weight loss for me
  • I now fit into one of my pre-pregnancy shorts that doesn’t have an elastic waist band (I even posted it on Facebook (see below) because I got so excited…lol) So, I’m definitely losing inches especially around the waist line.
  • My husband is seeing more definition around his abs even though he had to go out of town and eat fast food last week.
  • We both have more energy even on sleep deprived nights when Baby Lucas chooses to stay awake for 2 hours in the middle of the night.

Since sharing strategies with you here will take too long for me to write in detail, I’d rather teach them to you in person. So, I decided to do a get together at our Concord studio to those who are interested in finding out more about the new developments I’ve been working on in the “lab.”

The get together is free for everyone to attend and I promise to deliver some good content you can put to use right away just because we’re dedicated to helping get more results, faster so you can do the all the fun things you’ve always wanted to do but cannot for one reason or another such as carrying extra weight, lack of motivation, not enough time, not enough energy…and so on.
