Mastering the nutrition basics comes down to understanding the food groups and becoming more aware of calories and the roles that specific nutrients play in a healthy diet. At TFX we make sure that our clients have the proper tools to follow a individualized nutrition plan, but what happens when you are not seeing results? You may want to, first, ask yourself, Am I following the plan %100 ? Am I sabotaging myself on the weekends by eating too many sweets, chips, fast food? or have I reached a Plateu? when this happens, you know is time to talk to your TFX Coach about changing your strategy so you can keep seeing results! 🙂

That is why at TFX we are ALWAYS looking for ways to improve our clients results, we want you to succeed and to surpass your fitness goals! we want to hear from you! keep a food journal, keep it up to date, bring it to class to get some feedback 🙂

You’re not changing what you eat.

So, you are coming to all your workout sessions but don’t watch what you eat, You get impatient because you don’t see dramatic changes in the first few weeks of working out.

When starting out an exercise program, if you want to see a successful outcome, you work on food first 🙂

This means fewer calories, or at least better-quality nutrition. Eat foods like green apples or peanut butter that take more energy for your body to digest. There are too many junk foods packaged and marketed as health foods, cut back on  processed foods. Do you have questions? Your coaches are always available for you, so, ask away Transformers! we are here to help you reach your fitness goals!

Happy Sunday Transformers!
