Find Balance in Your Workouts, Nutrition & Life

Our society tends to go towards doing more to get more. I’m not just talking about workouts. I’m also talking about work and this also applies to other areas of our lives.

Believe me, I have gone through a phase when I would workout 5-6 days a week and even work (actual work) non-stop during the first stages of my business. What I’ve realized from this experience is that we have to find ways to work smarter not harder.

For instance, the type of workouts that we’re doing on day 1 and day 2 are not meant to be done all the time. These workouts require us to take a break of at least 1 week to fully recover from them.

In essence, you can still feel your workout working for you during your recovery period and you’re still burning calories because of it. In addition, you are also saving your body and joints from unnecessary wear and tear because you’re able to achieve maximum results from minimal effort.

If you’re thinking that exercising 3 times a week is not enough, think again! Our bootcamp workouts are more than sufficient to rev up your metabolism.

The key is to not exercise too much that you’re neglecting your nutrition. We have to use proper nutrition to fuel our body during recovery and without it, the hours that we spend exercising becomes useless.

So, the habit we’re focusing on is to find a balance between your workouts, your nutrition, and everything else you have going on in your life
