Portion Control and Fat Loss

Create the Habit:

Portion control is always paramount when we’re trying to lose fat. First, it helps regulate our appetite by keeping our stomach at its normal size. The bigger the portions, the more our stomach expands and the more difficult it is to satisfy our appetite. I keep my portions small during the week but I tend to have bigger ones during the weekend when we go out to eat more. This helps me stay on track for the whole week but still lets me enjoy my favorite foods.
