Create the Habit: Proper Form When Exercising

Yes, you have a trainer to watch your form during bootcamp. But, being more aware of how your body is moving in space will help you learn and practice proper exercise form faster.

Proper Form for Stability Ball Planks


Make it a habit to pay attention to your movement. Some things you may want to look at are:

  • head position during any exercise
  • knee position while squatting or lunging
  • core tightness during core exercises and/or push ups.


Your trainer can help give you cues for proper form but it’s up to you to continue practicing them during your workouts.

I am glad I am not too late to possibly join this free opportunity for me to get in better shape. I am a K teacher and I am looking to change my sedentary life.
