When life gets busy, we often times resort to less ideal options. For instance, when I go home late sometimes and there’s no food prepared, we’d maybe go out to dinner.

Eating Healthy When You Are Busy

 

I get hungry while running errands…grab a bite to eat. Stuck late at work – miss a workout. These things happen to the best of us.

 

So, the best way to deal with them is to be prepared.

 

Meal preparation should be typically done in the weekends or when you have the most time. Planning menus ahead and preparing your veggies and meat saves you a ton of time during the week. Putting everything in zip loc containers (especially lunch and snacks) gives you the option to just grab and go so no matter what life throws at you, you’re staying on track with your nutrition plan.
