12-Weeks to a New You!

by Anna D

I am feeling very motivated and inspired lately with great ideas on how Transform FX Fitness can help our current bootcampers and our loyal newsletter subscribers get the most of their time and still be able to live a healthy lifestyle. One of the most common problems I hear from people is they think living a healthy lifestyle is difficult, overwhelming, and boring. My solution is: it does not have to be.

To simplify your life and be able to incorporate long-term, lasting healthy changes to your lifestyle, you may have to start small. Take smaller steps consistently before you can get the big fitness results. So, to help all of us live a healthier, fitter lifestyle, I have designed a 12-week challenge where we focus on changing one thing at a time for a whole week. While one week is not enough to completely turn these changes into lasting habits, our hope is that we will continue beyond the week as we incorporate more small changes into our lifestyle.

Signing up for this challenge is easy.

Just post a comment below and tell us why succeeding in this challenge is worth it for you. After each week’s challenge article is posted, you can also comment on how the challenge is going for you or ask for help on any difficulties you may be having. It’s that easy and we will help you along the way.

The first challenge will go out on Monday, March 7, 2011 and we’ll notify you when it comes out. Making healthy changes has never been easier. Be sure to check-in often so we can support you and we know you’re doing it.

What are you waiting for? Put in your comment below now. I look forward to working with you.

This is a fabulous idea! I need to make a list of 12 things that are standing in my way of being a healthier person.

This is great! I’m ready for the challenge! I’ve been working on getting back in the habit of regular exercise so I think this will be a great motivator for me.

I really like the idea of making one small change a week. I think I overwhelm myself with too many goals that it seems daunting & I don’t know where to start.

@Maile I love your attitude!

@Gail That’s what I used to do too and it’s what sparked the idea for the challenge 🙂

Love this idea, Anna. It’s those little choices that may seem small at the time that really change our lives and health in the long run if we stick with them. Thank you for offering an opportunity to make important baby steps! I know that I need to make some in my exercise habits for sure.

okay I am in. Need to make changes and stick with them so this will help. May not get all 12 changes to stick but hopefully at least half will.
